Customer Reviews See all reviews Mike C April 2017 This was one highlight of the entire trip. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff.

We all met in the gift shop and about a half hour before the tour started is when Brett came out and met with everyone. He told us the rules and told us about some exciting stuff coming up this season. He took the time to meet with everyone and take a picture with them. He even took the time to autograph stuff people had purchased in the gift shop. We were there on a good day because the entire cast and crew were there. Shortly after Brett left the group we were greeted by his wife, she is not usually seen on the show. She is the one who led the tour. We were taken to where the tanks are hand drawn by the artist. We were even given a sneak preview of what is coming up for the new season. This area is the only area where we were not allowed to take photos we were taken out to the main floor where they are constructed and met all the macaws. We could see the other cast off to one side of the shop but as they were filming we had to keep the noise down and were unable to meet the rest of the cast.

I suggest this tour to anyone who is a fan and to do it soon because the cast is becoming very busy and travel a lot more with each season. We were told 2 new shows are in the works so their time at ATM is going to become even less. Tracylee A March 2017 A must for any fan! Buy your gifts when you 1st arrive as you don't go back to the shop! chinphilip January 2017 This was a very enjoyable experience! We had a great time and everyone was so friendly. Wadye and Brett are so down to earth guys! Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed!! Linda Z December 2016 Nice tour... just disappointed the boys from Tanked were not there... Maryann W USA November 2016 As a huge Tanked fan, I loved this tour. We started the tour in the store area with all kinds of Tanked memorabilia and huge tanks of exotic fish. Couldn't believe it when Brett came in to say hello, signed merchandise and took a picture with every tour member. Even my husband and son and daughter in law were impressed by this and they don't even watch the show, I had to drag them on the tour with me!

Brett's girlfriend was the tour guide and she took us behind the scenes of the warehouse and office area. We met the artist who does all the tank renderings and saw previews of tanks that will be on upcoming episodes. We went into Brett and Wayne's offices and saw their tanks. Then into the warehouse area where they make the tanks and they were filming a future episode. We saw the general and Wayne while they were filming and then Agnes and Heather came up to us and we all got autographs and took pictures with them.

Our guide, Trish, was outstanding giving us not only a behind-the-scenes view but also sharing details of upcoming shows plus some exciting developments! And she did all this whilst filming was going on! We really lucked in when we visited on the day before Thanksgiving - the whole crew were there! We got autographs from everyone Wayde, Brett, Heather, Agnes and the General though not Robbie Redneck as he's shy!, and photographs with everyone bar Wayde.
