If you really want to see an aquarium, you should go to the one at Palm Atlantis. You can see majority of the display from the outside, so not sure why would someone but a ticket to get in and see the fishes. Extremely expensive but that's Dubai for you. Great range of sealife (and birds) in such a small space, though concerned that the immense crocodile's quarters were very small.... On the outside you think 'Ah its a tank' but then you realise theres an entire marine zoo happening in the background, fish snakes and even crocodiles, really, There's a crocodile in Dubai Mall, let that settle in for a bit. an amazing experience, take the kids, or take yourself. This was a fantastic activity for my 5year old son.
