What started out as a tiny spec of color has grown into a long tentacle plate coral. At some point, one of the wild plates that we had in the system must have spawned and four separate plate corals ended up growing out on the liverock in the tank. Just yesterday, the first one broke free of the rock and moved to the sandbed. Not sure if it's a first or not in the hobby but this is a 100% aquacultured long tentacle plate coral.
