We booked dives with Dive Bermuda. Our dive master Chris was amazing. My husband is an experienced diver but this would be my first time diving since I was certified in Hawaii a year ago. Chris was methodical on the boat making sure everything was working properly... Top service, very friendly. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed whilst also following procedure for everyone's safety. The dive kit is very well maintained and looked after. Unlike some other dive shops, you don't have to worry about faulty equipment - which is pretty important in this sport. Heinz is captain of the ship and everyone knows it. Wow - what can we say? Jeff was awesome, he spent some time to explain to me the type of fish and also he thought me a trick how to interact with the parrot fish. What a great time and amazing and memorable dive with my buddy David from Malta. I loved going scuba diving with Dive Bermuda and this started with a great and very friendly welcome. They have a good location and having a dive centre on the beach of the hotel(Fairmont Southampton see separate review ) was a key reason for choosing the hotel was that it had this scuba diving centre. Hope to see you back here... My son (age 14) and I certified with Dive Bermuda. Our instructor Carlos was terrific, very patient and thorough in teaching safety and technique. The boat crew and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to have ideal diving conditions and locations. So glad you guys decided to get certified. Now there is literally an entire underwater world for you to explore. Carlos is a great instructor who, we have just discovered, is also really good with making video clips of his dives. Go check out some of his stuff on our Facebook page. Please don't be strangers. Dive Bermuda is a fabulous well runner dive shop. They are experienced and conscience in their instruction! Very thorough which is what I want when I'm diving 50 feet.... Would highly recommend them to beginner divers to advanced! Thank you so much for this review.
