Buy an aquarium heater if necessary.5.Provide good space for your goldfish in the aquarium. Also keep some plants in it so that the fishes can play.6. Plants can be the real aquatic ones or the plastic ones. I would recommend plastic ones in the beginning as the aquatic plants are really tough to take care of but they help in maintaining nitrogen level in water as well as provide grazing surface for fishes.7.
